THE CHALLENGE
What needed solving?
IV filling machines are precision-calibrated devices with tight operating tolerances. Performing the filling process with correct, safe steps is critical, yet delivering that training on the real machine, under real filling conditions, is both risky and costly. The margin for error is narrow, and the room to practice is limited.
Showcasing the machine at trade shows, congresses and launches is just as difficult. The device is delicate and hard to transport, and demonstrating a sterile, hazardous medical procedure like IV filling live on a stand is simply not possible. As a result, the machine's true value, its working process and precision, could never be conveyed firsthand to the audience.
APPROACH
How we solved it.
We moved both the training and the showcase into the digital realm, free of the real machine's risk and logistics. The experience was shaped by a two-module structure:
Two modules, two purposes
We split the experience into a VR Training Module and an AR Showcase Module. One trains the operator; the other showcases the machine.
Safe operational training
In the VR Training Module, the operator carries out the IV filling process on the machine step by step, with their own hands, learning in a safe environment without the real consequences of a wrong move.
A zero-risk process
We made a sterile, sensitive procedure like IV filling fully experienceable one-to-one, without real materials or real risk.
Logistics-free showcasing
In the AR Showcase Module, the machine and its technical features are presented in fully inspectable detail, without transporting the delicate device to the venue.

THE SOLUTION
This standalone VR experience makes both the training and the showcasing of a precision IV filling machine possible, independent of the real device's risk and logistics. The experience is built on two modules.
In the VR Training Module, the operator performs the IV filling process on the machine step by step. Using hand tracking to control each filling stage themselves, the user learns the correct sequence and safe operating steps firsthand, mastering them through unlimited repetition, without the real-world cost or risk of a mistake. On a machine that demands precise calibration, the safest way to minimize operator error is to let the error happen in the digital environment.
The AR Showcase Module brings the machine and its technical features to the trade show, congress and launch. The device's structure, working principle and precision can be inspected in detail right in front of the user, without the physically hard-to-transport machine. In a setting where a sterile medical procedure like IV filling can never be demonstrated live, the entire process is conveyed completely in the digital space.
This approach turns a machine that is risky to train on and hard to showcase into a safe, repeatable and memorable experience. Developed as a standalone application, the experience is ready for both training sessions and trade-show and congress stands.
HIGHLIGHTS
Why this experience.
Two-module structure: VR Module for operator training, AR Module for machine showcasing
Step-by-step, safe and repeatable learning of the IV filling process on the machine
Natural hand-tracking interaction: you perform each filling step with your own hands
Experiencing missteps without their real-world risk or cost
Detailed showcasing of a delicate, hard-to-transport machine without bringing it on site
Complete digital delivery where a sterile medical procedure can't be shown live

IMPACT
What it delivered.
The outcome unified training and showcasing in a single, field-ready digital asset:
Operator training moved to a safe environment, without the real machine, real materials or real risk.
The difficulty and cost of transporting a precision-calibrated machine to fairs and congresses eliminated.
A sterile filling process that can't be shown live, turned into a felt, memorable experience.
A single digital asset reusable again and again in training sessions and trade-show presentations.

From Our Clients
The 3D animation ADIM produced completely changed the way we present our product. In sales meetings, a single video now explains us far more clearly and effectively.
We were updated at every stage, revisions came back the same day, and the work was delivered on time. It was the first time we experienced such a smooth production process.
The content we showed at our trade show stand instantly caught visitors’ attention. Our booth became one of the most talked-about areas of the event, with feedback far beyond our expectations.
